Anti-oxidation Silicon Carbide Crucible
Product Description
Our crucible uses an integrated die-casting process, which has better high temperature resistance and longer life than ordinary crucibles, while ensuring good thermal conductivity. On this basis, our crucible is made of selected raw materials, and the unique surface anti-oxidation process improves stability and delays corrosion, ensuring that the metal is not contaminated by silicon carbide crucibles.

Recommendations
1) The crucible should be stocked in the dry situation.
2) Carry the crucible carefully
3) Warm the crucible in the drying machine or near the furnace. The warming temperature should be up to 500ºC.
4) The crucible should be put under the furnace mouth flat.
When put the metal into the crucible, you should take the crucible capacity as your reference. If the crucible is too full, it will be damaged by expansion.
5) The clamps shape need as that of crucible. Avoid the concentrate stressed destroy of the crucible.
6) Clean the crucible regularly and gently.
7) The crucible should be put in the center of the furnace and leave some distance between the crucible and furnace.
8) Turn the crucible once a week and this will help prolong the service life.
9) The flame should not touch the crucible directly.
