VET Energy PECVD graphite boat for solar cells is a core consumable designed for the PECVD (plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition) process of solar cells. The graphite boat is made of high-purity isostatic graphite with a porosity of less than 15% and a surface roughness of Ra≤1.6μm. It has excellent properties such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and dimensional stability. Excellent dimensional stability and thermal conductivity ensure uniform film deposition and improve battery efficiency. It can provide a stable carrier in a high-temperature and high-pressure PECVD environment to ensure uniform deposition and high quality of solar cell films.
