1. Prepare the pressure valve and carbon fiber cylinder
2. Install the pressure valve on the carbon fiber cylinder and tighten it clockwise, which can be reinforced with an adjustable wrench according to the actual
3. Screw the matching charging pipe onto the hydrogen cylinder, with the thread reversed, and tighten it counterclockwise with an adjustable wrench
4. Press down on the quick connector and connect it to the charging port of the pressure valve
5.Before inflating, make sure the “off” on the inflating tube is pressed
Turn on the pressure valve switch in counterclockwise
Turn on the steel cylinder switch, release the hydrogen, squeeze out the air in the carbon fiber cylinder, the evacuation time is about 3seconds.
Turn off the pressure valve switch on carbon fiber cylinder clockwise to start the charging.
The conventional steel cylinder is about 15MPa.
You can observe the current air pressure in the carbon fiber cylinder by observing the round table of the pressure valve. There will be noise during the charging, accompanied by the heating of the carbon fiber cylinder, and the sound will disappear when it is fully charged.
Select the matchable PU pipe, insert it into the air outlet of the pressure valve,
insert the other end of the PU pipe into the hydrogen inlet of the fuel cell stack,
turn on the switch of pressure reducing valve, the hydrogen enters into the stack, and the stack starts to work.
