1. Prepare the dipping tank according to the size specifications of the graphite mold. The impregnation structure can be made of various materials according to actual conditions, but it must be made of materials with acid corrosion resistance, good sealing, can not be infiltrated by liquid, and has a certain hardness and good durability.
2. According to the size of the graphite mold that needs to be impregnated, pour a certain amount of graphite mold antioxidant impregnation solution into the impregnation tank, and generally the impregnation solution should cover about 10CM of the graphite mold.
3. At room temperature and normal pressure, put the stone mold into the graphite mold immersion agent for about half an hour. If it is necessary to improve the antioxidant effect, more impregnation can be made by reducing pressure impregnation to penetrate into the pores of the stone mold. Decompression dipping requires a decompression dipping device.
4. Put the impregnated graphite mold in a place with good ventilation conditions to dry naturally for about 2 to 3 days.
5. if the amount of graphite mold need to be treated is relatively small, you can use the method of brushing, so that you do not need to use horizontal, nor do you need to pour a large amount of impregnating liquid at a time, only need to put the graphite rotor antioxidants on the surface of the graphite rotor evenly coated 2 to 3 times, pay attention to the brushing time as slow as possible, so that the impregnating liquid more fully penetrated into the porosity of the graphite mold.
