SIC coated stone grinding base has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, high purity, acid, alkali, salt and organic reagents, and stable physical and chemical function. Compared with high purity graphite, high purity graphite at 400℃ beginning intense oxidation, even if the temperature is not high, long-term application will be due to oxidation and powder, relying on the workpiece and table or pollution of the use of the environment, so the SIC coating graphite base as a new MOCVD equipment, powder sintering process gradually replace high purity graphite.
Main features:
1. High temperature antioxidant: antioxidant, the antioxidant function is still very good when the temperature is as high as 1600℃;
2. High purity: obtained by chemical vapor deposition method under high temperature chlorination condition;
3. Erosion resistance: high hardness, dense surface, fine particles;
Corrosion resistance: acid, alkali, salt and organic reagents;
5. The SIC surface layer is β-silicon carbide, a face-centered cubic.
